Non personalized items
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (non personalized items) - for any reason - return it in its original, unused condition within 30-days of our ship date for a refund of the purchase price less the cost of shipping & handling. Please follow steps 1-4 below.
Personalized items - engraved items or items altered at the customers request
Engraved or personalized items CANNOT be returned and are not covered by the above money back policy BUT if we make a spelling error or if the item is structurally damaged, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.
Returns of Holiday purchases
We have extended our return deadline for holiday purchases.
Items shipped between November 1 and December 15 may be returned in accordance with the policy below by the following January 15 for refunds.
1. Obtain a Return Authorization.
Access the "Orders history" section of his/her account.
Select the order from which he/she wants to return an item by clicking on "Details".
Select the product(s) that he/she wishes to return by checking the box next to its name(s).
Add the quantity that needs to be returned (in case more than one product need to be returned).
(optional) In the "Merchandise return" section, add an explanation, in order for the shop team to better understand why the customer wants to return this product.
Click on "Request a return".
2. Once you will receive confirmation of return accepted. Package the item with care in original packaging,, if possible.
Items must be received undamaged to receive credit. We take a great deal of care in packaging our items so they dont move during shipment. Please package the item tightly in the jewelry box and the jewelry box tightly in the shipping box. If you hear anything when the box moves, it is not packaged tightly enough and could get damaged.
3. Mark the return authorization number (RA#) on the outside of the package and mail as follows:

4. We suggest packages are returned with the following options. We will not issue refunds on items that are not received.
